We will send a message to our point person within your real estate developer and will have to wait for a reply from their team. Depending on the real estate developer, you may or may not have to send an email to their service desk/customer service for documentation purposes. It's best practice that you do, though.
This is completely optional most of the time BUT they could cut time in waiting for the cancellation to be approved.
Which details should I need to include in my email?
- Full name
- Real Estate Developer
- Project/Property Name
- Account Number (If applicable)
- your enrollment's associated email address
- Reason for cancellation (very important!)
Though Aqwire is the payment gateway for your real estate developer, they are ultimately responsible for approving ADA Enrollment cancellations. We at Aqwire can't proceed with the cancellation unless we receive their strict authorization.
Can't Aqwire just cancel right away? What's taking so long?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the enrollment/s without the strict authorization or go signal from the developer.
What happens after I submit my request?
Once we've received your request, we will have to create an email notifying our point person that you want to cancel your enrollment for this reason. They will review that request internally and they will either cancel your enrollment or coordinate with you first.
How long would the cancellation take?
Processing would differ from developer to developer. Some take time whilst some are instant.
Will my ADA payments stop once I send my request to you?
Short answer, no. Long answer, the developer will have to process this internally before cancelling your ADA enrollment. Any payments upcoming will be processed like normal.
