A step by step guide on how to change/update your payment method
What if your card expired? Blocked because of fraud? Locked it and forgot to unlock it for transactions? You can easily change the credit/debit card attached! Just follow these steps below:
1. Look for your Reference ID in your associated email (QW-E-XXXXXXX)
The Reference ID is your unique, one-of-a-kind, and very special code made for you and your unit/parking unit/lot enrollment. The email should come from
hello@aqwire.io (screenshot below)
We've used Aqwire Estates as our placeholder. Yours will be different.
2. go to https://pay.aqwire.io/ and look for the real estate developer of the unit you're paying for
So this will vary from person to person. In this FAQ's case, we'll use Aqwire Estates for now. You may use the search bar to easily find the real estate developer's payment portal.
3. Add "/billing" to the URL link
Our system will double check the dashboard for security purposes hence why the email address is case sensitive.
Once you've clicked on submit, you'll receive this confirmation box below:
5. Head back to your email and look for the email from hello@aqwire.io
If it's not in your main inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder. If it's not seen there as well, double check the spelling or reach out to
support@aqwire.co for help.
Click on "View ENROLLMENT" and it will lead you to a new tab on your browser. You will be seeing this below:
The details of this page will vary from enrollment to enrollment. Remember, you are unique.
By clicking this, it will lead you to a different page.
Just input your new card details and click on "Next"
You will be led to the final page to double check everything.
Once you're satisfied, click on "Enroll Now"
PS. There may be a 3DS Check depending on your card.
7. You're done!
You'll be sent back to the enrollment access page with your updated payment method.
You may also check your payment schedule to plan ahead or to check when the next payment is. Simply click on "Refer to payment schedule" and a small window would pop up.
